Russell 2000 Ending Diagonal Truncated

Russell 2000 Ending Diagonal and the HUI Index in the final phase.

It looks like the ending diagonal for the Russell 2000 got truncated.

The HUI looks like it has further to go but it's in the ending phase of it's long consolidation.
